Create a Squidoo Lens (www.squidoo.com), and a Hub Page (www.hubpages.com).
Create a one page blog at blogger.com or wordpress.com
Write a few articles and submit them to article directories such as www.ezinearticles.com, goarticles.com, etc. Put a link to your website in the resource box
For all of the above, make sure to do some keyword research and to use your keyword in your Title, URL, and the content. Always remember to put a link to your website on each of the above and to provide unique content
